Production, Shipping & Return Policy


 

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Processing time for each order is 2-10 weeks depending on our current workload and the availability of the materials. During peak periods shipping times may exceed this; if you need your garment for a specific event, please contact us for current lead times.


Since Liquid Disco is based in The Netherlands (within the EU), orders shipped outside the EU may incur additional import duties, tariffs, or taxes. These costs are your responsibility as the buyer. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, no refund will be issued for your order. If you’d like us to resend the package, you’ll need to cover the new shipping costs.


Pricing

All prices include VAT for orders within the EU. If you’re outside the EU, please note that your local customs may charge additional import taxes. These extra costs are not included in your checkout total, and it’s your responsibility to cover them.


Returns

Liquid Disco does not accept returns or exchanges.

At Liquid Disco, we craft every item just for you—custom-made to your exact size and color preferences. Due to the intimate nature of all orders, we are sadly unable to accept returns.


Please double-check your measurements using our size chart before ordering to ensure the perfect fit! As every order is made to order, it is very important to get the sizing right the first time. To ensure a perfect fit, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements in advance. We do not accept exchanges for worn or polished items.

If an exchange is accepted, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.


Found an Issue?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do this within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

Orders will be fully non refundable after 24 hours of purchase. This is because of our short turnaround time. If you cancel the paid order within 24 hours, buyer agrees that they will be responsible for all the processing fees. This processing and payment fee that Shopify takes will be deducted from the order total when refunding a cancellation.

Exceptions of returns (if approved)

If we make an exception for a return or exchange, here’s what applies:

  • Items must be unshined, unworn, and in original condition in their original packaging.
  • You’ll receive a refund for the item price only (initial shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • Write “RETURN” on the outside of the package to avoid additional fees. If have to cover any custom fees, these will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these will not be reimbursed. Make sure to follow our packaging instructions carefully, as you are responsible for the condition of the product when it is returned to us. Any damage caused during return shipping will result in a reduction of the refund amount.

  • Once you’ve shipped the product back, provide us with a tracking code. If we do not receive confirmation of the return within 14 days of approving your request, the return will no longer be valid or accepted. We will notify you if this happens. Products returned after the return period has expired will not be refunded.
  • If your parcel is sent to a pickup point, it is your responsibility to collect it. If the shipment is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or failed to pick up the parcel, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs again via PayPal if you’d like us to resend it.


Accidental Damage

Accidental damage, such as tears, punctures, or stretching caused by improper use or care, is not covered under our returns policy. Latex is a delicate material that requires careful handling. Damage from misuse or accidents will not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is inherently faulty. Always follow our care instructions to keep your items in top condition.

Liquid Disco strives to create sustainable fashion. All our latex is 100% vegan, biodegradable.
We try to minimize waste, by sending packages in recycled materials.
For our hand dying, we are using vegan dyes.
